Improve Workflow management on documents
Ability to define link documents

New Features

• Ability to define link documents:

the administrator can ensure that some documents can be read and/or written by users who have not the read permission on the folder in which these document are included. The administrator can copy and 'paste as alias' the document into a folder for which the user has read permission.

• New contextual menu on the navigation folder tree
• Set a workflow trigger on a folder:
  

if a document is added to the folder, the configurated workflow will start on the document.

• Set a supervisor on a workflow:

each workflow event notification as Task-Assignment or Reminder is sent also to the supervisor user that can be set on the workflow settings.
